Our recruitment process consist of five consecutive steps which are outlined below to to give job seekers an idea of how it works and what to expect from stage to another:

Step 1 : view job vacancies
now that you are considering a career or internship with Join University you need to start with searching and viewing our job vacancies. Remember some of the those job vacancies might be published by one of our partner companies which still adhere to similar working practices as ours.

All job vacancies displayed on our website are valid for job seekers to apply to. Our job vacanacies are updated on regular basise and are valid where job seekers can apply to and expect to be considered for the job position.

Step2: Online job application
Serious job seekers wanting to work for our company or people who are looking for internship need to complete oue online job application as first step. You can see our job vacancie to select most suitable job that matches your qualifications and work experience or credintials.

Step 3: Job application shortlist
All Job applications and CV received are reviews and processed by our recruitment consultants and will short list suitable job seekers. Job seekr’s applications and CVs are short listed based on suitability of their education, qualifications, work experience, interpersonal skills. The shortlisting process is fair and aims to shortlist the most sutable candidates regardless of their benthnic background, race or gender. The job application or Cv must meet the minimum job requirements to meet our shortlising terms.

Step 4: Job interview
Job candiadates who have been shortlisted will be invited for a job interview in one of our offices. The job interview could be an initial interview conducted over the phone at a time convenient to the candiadate.following the telephone interview job candiadates are invited for the face to face job interview. The duration of the interview will vary depending on the job vacancy applied for. Some of the job interview may be proceeded by some administrative test depending on the job vacancy.

Step 5: Medical clearance
It is a standard procedure for those who asre selected for a job in our company to take a basic medical check upor medical clearance particularly for Dubai jobs or Dubai based jobs. The formal offer of employement is normally finalized after the medical clearance has been completed.

Step 6: Offer of Employment
Job candidates who perform well on the job interview will and successfully completed the medical clearance will be considerd for a formal employment offer. This is normally done within a weeke from the final job interview. Job applicants made and offer of employment must return a signed and dated offer of employment acceptance form within a week from receiving the offer of employment.
